Get your car washed on Saturday, September 26, grab a snack, and help out the 1/11 Marines. The carwash, hosted by members of the 1st Battalion, 11th Marine Regiment (1/11) will wash cars from 10 AM to 3 PM in the parking lot the corner of Ortega Highway and El Camino Real, near the Camino Real Playhouse. There is no set price for the carwash - all donations are accepted.
Cookies, brownies and cupcakes will be sold at a bake sale, and Jerry's Dogs of Ladera Ranch will have hot-dog combos for $5. A portion of the hot-dog sales and will benefit the 1/11.
