The Capistrano Bay League of Women Voters is having a forum to discuss these issues. The forum will take place on Wednesday, September 30 from 3 to 5 PM at the San Juan Capistrano Community Center, 25925 Camino del Avion, San Juan Capistrano, CA. The event is part of the South Orange County Regional Water Forum hosted by the city of San Juan Capistrano.
