At the December 10, 2009, meeting, the Orange Unified School District (OUSD) will discuss ways to further cut the budget and services offered to students. On the table are:
- Closing Riverdale Elementary ($345,000)
- Cutting elementary musical instrument instruction ($385,000)
- Reduce Administration and Support Staff ($450,000)
- Restructuring custodial services ($900,000)
- Changing elementary class size to 30 ($1,250,000)
The OUSD Board meets at 7 PM at 1401 N Handy Street (off Katella), Orange, CA.
