The sale of state office buildings has been temporarily stopped by an appeal. On December 11, 2010, a judge allowed the sale to proceed and said the plaintiffs did not have standing to bring the case. The plaintiffs in the suit are two former members of the State Building Authority who were removed by Gov. Schwarzenegger for questioning the wisdom of the sale.
