Texas Up by 4, Florida Up by 2, New York and Ohio Down by 2 - House Reapportionment

The Census bureau released the reapportionment of House seats.  Texas was the big winner with 4 more seats.  The northeast was the biggest loser, dropping 5 seats total.  California remains the largest state delegation with 53 seats.
